I got great value for my money at B&B Tari. The room was spacious and had excellent facilities. The location was perfect, close to both the city center and the archaeological park. The staff, particularly the owner, Davide, treated me with exceptional hospitality, providing useful information and even a small gift.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The host was amazing, giving us lots of helpful tips and making us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices available. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and the train station. It was also great to have a spacious and clean room with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
One small improvement could be having different types of pillows available for guests to choose from. The shower tap was a bit tricky to control the water temperature.

Perfectly located in the city center, walking distance to all the main attractions. Enjoyed a delicious Italian breakfast every morning. Had a great time exploring the area on a rented bicycle. Stunning city views from the B&B.
Wasn't fond of the wake-up call from the constant train announcements.

The deluxe rooms at B&B Tari are simply amazing. The double bed is super comfortable, and the large sofa bed is great for the kids. The flat-screen TV is a nice touch, and having air conditioning in every room is a relief during those hot summer nights. The shared kitchen is a bonus, and having a private bathroom in all the rooms is so convenient. Plus, the balcony in the double room adds a special touch. Oh, and did I mention the free toiletries and hairdryer? It's like they've thought of everything!
I personally didn't find much use for the microwave in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The location of the hotel is ideal for adventure travelers due to its proximity to the archeological park, making it easy to explore the ancient ruins. it is very close to the center, allowing for convenient access to the main attractions. the hotel is also just next to the train station, making it extremely convenient for those arriving or departing by train.
Like some other places in Italy, the beds are a bit too hard, which can make it difficult to fully relax and get a good night's sleep.

I had a superb stay at B&B Tari! The location was amazing, allowing me to easily explore both the city center and the archaeological park. The B&B itself was a converted 3 room flat, offering independent entrances and bathrooms for each room, along with a shared kitchen. The included breakfast was delicious and varied, including sweet pastries, cheese, salami, and even a traditional Italian cappuccino. Davide, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information about the city and its attractions. The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean, ample-sized bathroom. I highly recommend B&B Tari for a perfect stay in Syracuse!
While the bed was comfortable for me, some may find it too soft. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have an extra chair in the room or an additional shelf in the bathroom.
